An invitation letter may be issued to participants who require a visa to travel to France. Please note that invitation letters will only be provided once registration has been confirmed and the full registration fee has been paid. No invitation letter will be issued without a confirmed and paid registration.
In the event of a visa refusal, participants may request a refund of their registration fee. To proceed, a copy of the official visa denial notice must be sent to: contact@oxygene-expo.com
Once the supporting document has been received and verified, the registration fee will be refunded.
