Article 1 – Preamble The company Oxygene Expo, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a capital of 10,000 euros, whose registered office is located at 229 rue Saint-Honore – 75001 Paris, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 794 253 443 (hereinafter "Symposium Institut de la Main"), organizes the Symposium Institut de la Main trade show (hereinafter the "Trade show"). The Symposium Institut de la Main website (hereinafter the "Site") provides access to content, information and services related to the Trade show. 

Article 2 – Purpose The purpose of these General Terms of Use (hereinafter the "TOU") is to define the terms and conditions for using the Site and the services offered by Symposium Institut de la Main (hereinafter the "Services"). The TOU are accessible at any time via a link available at the bottom of the Site's pages. 

 Article 3 – Site access 3.1 The Site is accessible free of charge to any internet user (hereinafter "Users" or "You"). 3.2 The User declares that they have full legal capacity to commit to these TOU. Otherwise, the User may only access the Services with the prior authorization of their legal representative. 

Article 4 – Acceptance of general terms Any use of the Site implies the consultation, understanding and full acceptance of these TOU. When access to certain Services requires registration, acceptance of the TOU is formalized by a checkbox "I have read and accept the General Terms of Use". Symposium Institut de la Main reserves the right to modify the TOU at any time. Any substantial modification will be brought to the attention of Users at least fifteen (15) days before it comes into effect. The version in force is the one published on the Site. 

Article 5 – Description of services Symposium Institut de la Main offers: 5.1 Services accessible without registration • Consultation of information relating to the Trade show (program, exhibitors, speakers, news) • Reading of articles and informative content • Viewing of videos and other multimedia content • Contacting Symposium Institut de la Main via the contact form 5.2 Services accessible after registration • Registration and participation in conferences, workshops and events • Access to personalized content • Interaction with other participants • Downloading of documents made available by exhibitors or Symposium Institut de la Main • Receipt of newsletters, notifications and communications related to the Trade show

Article 6 – Registration 6.1 Registration procedures Access to certain Services requires the creation of a personal account (hereinafter the "User Account"). The User agrees to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. The data collected is strictly necessary for the intended purposes, in accordance with applicable regulations on the protection of personal data. For more information, the User is invited to consult the Privacy Policy available on the Site. 6.2 Identifiers Connection identifiers are strictly personal and confidential. Any use of the Account is deemed to have been made by the User. 6.3 Unsubscription The User may at any time: • Unsubscribe from communications via the link provided for this purpose • Request the deletion of their Account. Deletion of the account leads to the anonymization of public contributions. 

Article 7 – Intellectual property All content present on the Site (text, images, logos, videos, databases, trademarks, etc.) is protected by current intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized reproduction, representation or exploitation is strictly prohibited and subject to prosecution. 

Article 8 – Terms of use of the services The User agrees to: • Use the Site in accordance with current laws and regulations • Respect the rights of third parties • Adopt loyal, courteous and respectful behavior The User is solely responsible for their use of the Services. 

Article 9 – Confidentiality The information to which the User may have access as part of the use of the Services is confidential. The User agrees not to disclose it during the period of use of the Services and for three (3) years thereafter. 

Article 10 – Prohibited behavior It is strictly prohibited in particular to: • Use the Site for illegal or fraudulent purposes • Undermine the security or integrity of the systems • Send unsolicited communications • Extract or scrape content from the Site • Monetize access to the Services 

Article 11 – Breaches In the event of a breach of the TOU, Symposium Institut de la Main reserves the right to: • Suspend or remove access to the Services • Warn the competent authorities • Initiate any appropriate legal action 

Article 12 – Limitation of liability Symposium Institut de la Main is bound by an obligation of means. It shall not be held liable for: • Temporary interruptions of the Site • Errors or omissions in the content provided by exhibitors • Indirect damages related to the use of the Site 

Article 13 – Links to third-party sites The Site may contain links to third-party sites. Symposium Institut de la Main shall not be held responsible for their content, availability or operation. 

Article 14 – Modification of the TOU Symposium Institut de la Main reserves the right to modify these TOU at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the modified TOU. 

Article 15 – Applicable law and jurisdiction These TOU are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, unless otherwise provided by law.
